partnership with BV Solutions Group, Inc. (BVSG), a worldwide leader

By web-enabling devices, the X-traWeb system may revolutionize
the monitoring and control of almost any device worldwide through the
Internet. Providing the first Total Solution, X-traWeb is unique in
its combination of open architecture solutions and its ability to
build a cost-effective distributed network of web-enabled devices.
The partnership is expected to provide value through combining
the proprietary X-traWeb technology with BVSG's marketing, engineering

X-traWeb asset management architecture and products will be a core
