The CFO and director Ivan W. Webb, is curious. His bio in your link, John, says: He is currently President of Black Giant Oil Company, a public company also listed on the Electronic Bulletin Board.
Well, Black Giant trades under the symbol BGOCE. It's a OTC-BB reverse merger, of course, and it has no operations. The filings are under the former name Signature Motorcars. Despite the E, they appear to be current in filing. The filings show that they have assets of a $24 k, and shareholders equity of $9 k. Revenue last quarter was $90. (These figures are actual dollars ... they are not in thousands or millions.)
Black Giant has a stock price of 0.040. With 7 M shares out, that gives it a market cap of $280 k, which appears to be a bit high, considering it is 31X book. I wonder how long it will be before NESS market cap drops to $280 k. |
