I'll pretend you're serious.
1) Cost of ownership and operation. They're like $80K. I can't imagine insurance and maintenance.
2) Very limited interior space - the thing seats four. If I laid out long green for a ute - my requirement is that I could get four adults and three kids (in their huge plastic buttbuckets!) in there.
3) Parking is not so easy.
4) the thing is s...l...o...w.
5) Do I want TAHT in my driveway (all of my driveway!)?

A Hummer is a specialty vehicle for a) showoffs who would'a' bought a Ferrari otherwise, or b) extraordinarily serious off-roaders. All jmho of course.
