China.com says to tie up with Google

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Online game and Internet service provider China.com Inc (HKSE:8006.HK - News) said on Thursday it would form a strategic partnership with Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG - News) on search engine technology, branding and advertising.

China.com, a 77 percent-owned subsidiary of CDC Corp. (NASDAQ:CHINA - News), said Google will provide it with search engine technology and that the two companies would cooperate in branding, content and advertising operations.
