Don, I decided to sell off half my position @ $23. These were
shares that I bought recently when I doubled my position. I will
still hold my original investment for the long term. Should
IDPH again fall down to $16-18 range, I will double again.

I have donw this since I see that $23-24 is a range for resistance
and $16 seems a safe low.

BTY, I now do not expect C2B8 approval in '96, but in '97. The
final Phase III results should be announced in '96 (December?).
