Tom: You said: "You have amazing radar when it comes to these stinky pinkies." My accountant might tell you differently.
It does indeed look maybe it's game over for DECN. And poor Keith . . . he just wanted to help the diabetic community.
I was hoping that it might still have some bounces left, but I don't know what might inspire another bounce. The results of the first suit (i.e. no results at all), which was supposed to result in a settlement that would be so huge that the stock would gap up to $8 overnight, doesn't leave much hope of anything else happening.
The case against DECN -- well-presented now by Scoop and a couple of newer posters on IHUB -- is pretty overwhelming.
It was the promoters (the shills, the apologists, the liars, whatever you want to call them) on IHUB and Yahoo who convinced me without a doubt that the company was a scam. If there was any truth to what they were saying, they wouldn't have been needing to say it so often and so aggressively.
Aside from those bogus, nonredeemable dividend shares, I own no DECN shares now, and may never own them again. I know I should probably stop taking pot-shots over on IHub, but after having been right for so long while taking so much abuse from the liars and the sincere shareholders who just didn't know better, I want to be able to exercise my right to say I told you so, and I hate people who say I told you so.
I understand you and your fellow townfolk will be hosting a huge party next month, Tom. Better get your helmet early. |
