I've been tracking some accumulating positions in the institutional side of the volume on (OMPT). Someone's putting together blocks on the street... my guess Inv. houses beginning to load up in anticipation of a formal news release or are going to go on a recommendation reiteration tear. Consolidation is under way... Remember the brokerage houses in consolidation? Same thing only in wireless companies. Big boys like big toys. Accumulate.... accumulate...!
