Surely the US isn't the only place where new business can survive and flourish, is it?

Perhaps after the dot.bomb tech collapse, the dynamics are changing or at least coming home to roost. Can you imagine the scary implications of the US not leading anymore. FWIW, Canada has been the economic performance leader of G-7 countries for the past 2 years. What the hell is all that about eh? LB must be nashing his teeth over that. <g>
