Can TSE open trading knowing BXM is a total fraud, aren't they liable
to the buyers (what buyers?) of the shares once it opens, knowing that they're offering trades in a fraudelent co. which could have committed criminal offences? I would assume TSE will punt BXM out. To go back to
business as usual would be bizarre.
