I knew that this morning's optimism couldn't last. The Hong Kong market was propped up by the government, and that isn't going to solve anything. It was a false rally. All of these kinds of intervention, whether they be in stock or currency markets, are simply band-aids on a vicious cancer. Until fundamental changes are made in the Japanese ecomomic system, things are going to get worse. And unfortunately, AMAT's visibility, or lack thereof, is directly affected by SEA. Lower prices are coming, IMO.
