I wonder whether the class action lawyers are going to make advance estimates of their recovery, and disclose what their fees will be as a percentage of the likely recovery, and estimate how much additional financial damage the litigation itself will do to the company, lessening its chances of survival for those who are holding on. <g> As one attorney in an airline antitrust class action once said after the lawyers received $$million$$ and the plaintiffs each received a $50.00 coupon for their next transatlantic flight (paraphrasing), "They just sat on an airplane. We do this for a living."
