Well, let's see. The Texas Reps overstepped their mandate. The line they crossed was a large one and they didn't simply step over it, they ran over it.

Then some collection of Tom DeLay and several Texas politicians clearly got the DHS involved in what was a partisan fight.

Looks to me like the culprits are obvious. I'll just have to send you a pile of Molly Ivins columns until you get the message. (g)
