No, that wasn't your original assertion. That was your fallback position.

Your assertion is:

Covering for the Saudis by hiding the 27 pages IS being in on it.
"Was" is not the appropriate tense.
He IS in on it as long as he's holding back the 27 pages.

Now, prince of fools, give us proof. The bald "fact" that you assert that 2 Senators think it's true is neither factual evidence of it, nor proof.
