Kopin Corporation (Nasdaq:KOPN) will be presenting at Credit Suisse First Boston's Annual Communications Technology Conference to be held at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona May 14-17. Kopin will present on Tuesday, May 15 at 2:15 p.m. (MST). Kopin is a developer of Three-Five products including gallium arsenide and indium phosphide heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBT) for wireless and fiber-optic communications, and miniature flat-panel displays for portable communications devices.

Dr. John C.C. Fan, Kopin's president and CEO, will discuss Kopin's growth strategy and highlight opportunities for the company's recently introduced InP and GAIN HBTs, as well as the new CyberDisplay 320C Color Video Module and Color Module Programmer. Chief Financial Officer Rich Sneider will discuss Kopin's first-quarter financial results and provide an outlook for the second quarter of 2001.
