Reaganism is more than the man. Thompson will be a flop. Reaganism is a state of mind. Its all about optimism and depending on the time frame, reagansim can be liberal or conservatve. So before there was Reagan there was TR and FDR. I think we can agree that post iraq US will need a boost to its self image whether the idelogy behind it comes from left or right.
