Colleges used to have plenty of illicit substances around, now I see they have plenty of licit substances around. No wonder advocates are having such a hard time trying to legalize marijuana, Big Pharma doesn't want people to alter their moods unless you go through them. 5 lobbyists from Big Pharma for every lawmaker in Washington, can you believe that?
