If 92.4% of the stock is really owned by institutions, it doesn't make a hill of beans difference to the stock price what we on this thread think or do, does it? I don't imagine that very many institutional investors are lurking here, or would give much credence to information or ideas gleaned here. We're just along for the ride while others steer the boat. That raises the question, is it more important to evaluate what is true about Adaptec, or is it more important to try to understand what the institutions __think__ is true about Adaptec?
