Doug, He is correct. The company bought them. I agree with his take. There has not been a buyer willing to take a print of six figures in several years.... my understanding of stock buyback rules(comes from memory, but I will double check) is the company may purchase any block trade(10,000 or more), but may only purchase up to 25% of the regular trading volume of non-block trades. They must also wait 30 minutes after the open, and must halt 30 minutes before the close. There are some other arcane rules but I won't bore you with them.
