Everything you mention plus they have similar tonnage and grades of zinc and are both in relatively flat, open areas in a warm, sunny climate in an area with fairly cheap and plentiful labor. Unlike Skorpion, MMGG has existing infrastructure from historic silver mining, along with lots of high-grade silver.
