Santiago I have the utmost respect for you and your ability to keep an open mind. You are correct about the Nicene council. Paul taught the gnostic Christ and his experience on the road to damascus was from the gnostic Christ and not Jesus. Paul never ceased to persecute the Christian dogma of Peter which historicised the Gnostic Christ. The jewish race would not accept the savior as a man for they were wise in the wisdom of the astrological mythos and how it related to the human race. If you truly want to research more I suggest you read the works of Gerald Massey. Another author is Alvin Kuhn. For history of Egypt Budge and Breasted are some of the best and most authentic. I do not want anyone to think I want to convert them to some kook religion. I neither desire, or could if I did wanted to, force my beliefs on others. I simply ask others proselyting to do as you are presently doing. Research the bibles origin and your religions origins. Study how people wrote in those days claiming authority for their works by saying a well reputed person said it. Symbolism, drama, myth was used to explain instead of our type verbage. All I ask is for people to use use their own reasoning with an open mind and either know it be truth to them or just a possibility. I spent years in research after my experience like Paul's for one reason. I wanted to find if others had gone thru similar experiences and why I was chosen to be revealed rather than some person who had not erred (sinned) as I had done. I didn't fit into my previous concept of purity which it was supposed to bring. A course in psychiatry can easily explain mans nature and how Christianity dogma is harmful. I know the damage I have seen in my life as well as others. Religion is a natural desire in all of humanity. It is a way to commune with God. The manner we choose is left up to us individually.
