Abbott Silver Mine and Ainsworth Mill
Saw you on the Roper thread on this project.
The Abbott Orebody is currently owned 70% by Silver Peak Resources and the Ainsworth Mill is 100% owned by SVV.The mill is permitted for 130 tons a day. Roper has an option to acquire 50% of the Abbott property.
The assays on this silver, lead, zinc and gold property look really good. From a previous news release (RRN.ASE 23 April 96) I see that there is currently 43,000 tons of measured ore in the replacement zone of 0.035 oz/ton gold, 8.35 oz/to silver, 10.26% lead and 16.12% zinc.As well as these reserves I saw that there are a further 110,000 tons of indicated reserves in the Greenlaw Zone at 0.026 oz/ton gold, 5.69 oz/ton silver, 5.61% lead and 2.88% zinc. The company is also proposing to further diamond drill and prove up reserves in this largely unexplored area.
It looks like Silver is going to $6 very soon so it could not be a better time to bring this mine on line. It could be a good spring in the Kootneys, B.C.! Roper has an option to acquire 50% of this property. Silver Peak Resources will benefit from Roper's investment as it will retain the rest of the Abbott and go into production for no further outlay!

This project could certainly put a hell of a lot of value back in the stock which has suffered along with the rest of the market.

Regards
