Ashish, Valid points in considering AT&T's cash flow ...however I have seen no data to suggest it postitive/negative based on the anticipated $8-9B spending for '97. No growth in earnings until '99...seems like a long time. Don't forget the company may have to "absorb" the cost of the pizza box to get into the local market....obvioulsy this impacts your margin for that year(s). Difficult read is "time to market"..pizza boxes take time..maybe an alliance with Domino's or something...just guessing. Bob
