MCDTA and MCDT?
What is the projected outcome of these two trading vehicles near term?
Will there always be MCDTA and MCDT or will MCDTA blend into some other entity?
MCDTA is basically all the spinoff shares from EMC?
The yhoo profile for MCDT still shows the MCDT float at 15 million ;so the shorts on MCDT don't affect MCDTA directly?
And all the insider sales for MCDT that have been released are done on MCDT and don't affect MCDTA?
If the insider shares are being sold on MCDT float why hasn't the 15 mil been expanded if 22 million new shares are being distributed?
Lastly-the 80 million plus EMC/MCDT spinoff shares don't affect MCDT's float or outstanding shares because they created a new trading security in MCDTA?
But when earnings are out end of next month what shares in which security will the earnings be based apon for outstanding shares?
