SW closed at 5/8 with 740K traded on BB, 346K on VSE. IMHO if SW manages to post a brk even or better for Jul-Sep, we'll be north of 1 in way before the end of the year. Regarding the financing, CW is a wizard. The terms are very favorable to SW at this time. Naturally, if the stock takes off the investors make out like bandits on the conversion at .55 share. For the warrants, the way I kinda understand it, say ABC investor put 1M in. Then it would have 500K shares it could buy at .6875 each. Of course only a good deal if stock price is higher. As for SW in general, looks like things are getting better each day. Paul wasn't wrong with info, just wrong with timing.
