Julius, did you watch this? a good show, about 45 mins. And one thing Marc Faber mentioned is that moving manufacturing to China from Japan will hurt Japanese economy, but will be good for Japanese corporations (higher profit). So he expects the Japanese stock, as well as bond, market will go up.
