Marcia, A reverse split takes our shares and reduces them in number by a factor of say, 4:1. The Stock Price then immediately goes UP by a factor of 1:4. . I prefer that AGTI's price rises without any assistance from a reverse stock split. . Thge stock was $1 last year, and far higher than that level in 1995. We COULD be on out way again... . Colin
