James, I only disagree with one point, that they are in nogt. with ALL with either they approached or approached them. In the last announcement if I remember right they gave the number of companies this time they did not. So, did some walk away, that I don't know and I really don't see how you could know. However, I hope your right and I am wrong as I to am still long AXC.
