Yes, the institutions control this stock. Some are selling and some have been buying at lower prices. Today they are buying and the Fed still hasn't announced what it will do with interest rates. If they leave rates alone the oversold tech stocks should be ready for lift-off. There is plenty of cash that could enter the market. Nice to see ADPT up over a point so far today.
