It would be interesting to see if there is a study on how much the government pays to medicare/medicaid for victims of car accidents that were due to speeding. Car accidents in California tend to be very scary and dangerous. I would love to see a movement towards more safety. Why do people have to tailgate you in the right lane for going the speed limit, when there are three other lanes on the left for them to pass you? And you have no idea how many more accidents you have than in other places. In fact, accidents are fairly rare in other places. ted
