Would a horse trader with $43B to buy horses tell you your horses were fairly priced or even under valued? Also, he lost about $1B (more or less...) on 9/11 since his company had the policy to rebuild the towers... He went out and started to talk up the threat of terrorism, raised rates and got all the other building owners to add terrorist insurance to pay for his 9/11 losses. I didn't see him as much of a patriot scaring people and probably talking the markets down even more in the process... but he is a smart guy and made his losses back quickly.
