Quad-K, The I believe the downward trend you saw this morning is largely (the other info posted makes sense as well) a result of the end of the employee stock-option blackout and the subsequent exercising and sale of those options. I predict the stock will be over 13 again by COB tomorrow. As promised, I also increased my position when the stock slid this morning - which my make me a bit subjective. Steve
