Can only respond to 2).... The last time I looked they did not have a spot on the Board. Rational does have some impressive Board members, however. BTW, keep your input coming, it is much appreciated on this thread! The next few days should see more shares traded as we approach 4/22. I have followed these guys for years and expect some surprise above expectations.
