It's not up to the president to micro manage interrogation techniques.

The CIA needs to get back to doing things properly, including doing secret things in secret.
This is a CIA that tapes every interrogation, but does not even ask for a written report (or videotape an oral report) from a man they send to Niger to gather WMD evidence against Saddam?
