What if the the foreign buyers convince Saddam to announce hes leaving? What if the reason the market is up is because of buys by Arab players?Maybe they would short after the announcement both the market and the dollar? I dont think he would actually leave but temporarily they could pocket mega bucks and make the U.S. and Bush look like idiots at the same time.
