AVNR used to be on NASDAQ but the dinky FDA did them wrong with non-approvable decision and put Avanir in the OTCBB hell. After they've got delisted then FDA reversed the decision. The company is discussing with NASDAQ on FDA reversal decision and wanted get back on NASDAQ but rules are rules and they won't allow it. Well we're stuck until that $4/share and $4M in the bank.

How many FDA approvable companies that are still under $2/share and in OTCBB hell? Not one I can remember except this dark-horse Avanir.

ZICA was my baby and it got away from me. I sure can pick good ones but don't have patience to sit until they're full grown. But now I'm really in Avanir for life. AVNR will be on NASDAQ next year. Bookmark this message.
