That's the problem. No debt and lots of cash and no ideas of what to do with it except pay it out in a highly taxed dividend. Talk about lack of imagination.

If this company was going anywhere it would be because they had new product ideas and would be trying to raise cash to ramp up the production for the new product sales. No new products, no new research and no need for cash.
