Will do Jag, Currently I see the company in a holding pattern. I have had extensive talks with Ken Coleman, and Elias. My impressions are as follows: - None of their financing ever came through execpt for about 50K. Good news - not much dilution, bad news no cash - They have a minimal deal with Oshkosh which probably won't provide any significant revenue - Freightliner deal whatever it was is going nowhere - They are hanging their hopes on aftermarket sales now to SUV owners, but don't have the capital to initiate significant production. They are still talking to people - Float is 1.5 - 2 million shares. Total shares? but I was told 18 million when financing is 'done'. technically, share price seems to be steady at .20 +/- this values the company at 3 million +/-. Coleman paid 2.5 million for the patent rights alone, and claims that 6.6 million has been invested in R&D. The entire float could be bought fro 250K or so at these prices. So I don't think it will stay much lower for long periods, but could unless they do something to get the process moving forward. This is an unauthorized but informed accounting because Mr Coleman is not putting out anything-probably because all the prior PR did not work out. I am a major shareholder and holding for now I will tell you my thoughts on the situation and my hopes for the future privately. Regards, Dave
