Educator, I appreciate your tip. I have gambled enough in second tier companies. The result was not good. So I force myself only in the best companies right now. They must be market leader like eBay. Otherwise I don't look at them. In this market, the winners take all and the losers lose all. It's really risky to test out the unknown companies with my hard earned money.
