I just got my annual report.

Could someone explain to me the logic behind this company holding $36 million dollars of muni bonds? Forunately, the report indicates that no "material" gain or loss has been incurred by holding the bonds. It seems unusual to me for this company to hold such a significant investment in munis and then tell us they want to issue $100 million in convertibles.
