Heard an analyst on CNBC yesterday that agrees with you - to a large degree.

He felt that the large cap markets will trade sideways for awhile, (near the high end of their ranges) due to their high valuations(& associated profit taking) & our somewhat slower economy. If investors still have confidence in our economy, & in this bull market, the money should logically flow to the smaller caps - where the valuations are much better & where there is probably more growth potential.

That opinion made sense to me. If it is correct, the money should start flowing to the smaller stocks.

We shall soon see.
