QLTI Is up 34.69% on volume of 2,937,502 > 10x its ADV. bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that the FDA completed its review its labeling supplement for Aczone & has removed the G6PD screening & blood monitoring requirements. QLTI completed a PIV last year in patients with G6PD & it demonstrated no evidence of hemolytic anemia in that patient population. Aczone was approved for sale on Jul 2005. The PIV clinical trial of the product was performed to meet a post-approval commitment requested by the FDA.
