Re repricing options: Geez, if you have an opinion, get off the fence and state your mind. Quit being so wishy-washy. :-)

Seriously, when I first noticed one of the Semis performing this dastardly deed, I was probably even more incensed than you. Since then, I've come to the conclusion that:

1. Many companies do it;

2. It's cheaper than cancelling existing options and reissueing new.
3. When SVGI's board repriced the options, they also reset the vesting period.
4. If shareholders are going to permit option programs, than this "abuse" is no worse than all the others we tolerate.

Just my $0.02.
