First of all, ATM is not a protocol, it is a technology. My experiences have shown that the telcos and large commercial customers are definitely migrating to ATM for the convergence of voice, video, data and to eliminate other costly telecom services. Frame Relay is a high-performance WAN protocol that originally designed for use across ISDN interfaces but it is also used with other interfaces. As far as Cascade's product mix, I think someone else could possibly help you more than I.
