My 2 cents..

Execs file way in advance to sell, it doesnt mean they are selling tomorrow, but CAN sell..it just means his gun is loaded..

If you think execs are a sign of a a stock being valued, look at some loser stocks like JWEB who is at a buck 50 and insiders are still selling..
