If you had explained why you think I see things in a particular way, I wouldn't have taken offense. re: Seems like your views on Scientology are very different than your views on the so-called "US Taliban," even though both are religions in a general sense. The Taliban, and the new evangelical movement, are/were politically and socially very active in trying to force their morals on society. OK, the Taliban analogy is an exaggeration... but I'm not sure it would be if we didn't have a tradition of independence in this country.
