Hi Kal, Just my speculation, I also am making a great sum of money, but I really do have this gut feeling IBM will come up with an offer well in the mid 30's, IBM has a 100 billion $$$$ they will only spend 3.5 Billion if they really want KIVA."Netscape" regards, Giota
