The store repaired my portable compact disc. They did not charge me. It would have cost $90.00 to have had it repaired.

Taht was my good news for the weekend. On Friday, 13, my CD player slipped from its case at an awkward time. It landed on hard concrete and came apart.

Housemate thought he might fix it but I had an extended warranty which does not cover abuse We took it into shop, anyway. They shipped it over to their repair shop. The repair shop did not ask any questions.

A few years back we decided that we would buy our electronic appliances from a reputable store in the city. It has been in business for years. Obviously, we made a smart choice.

We made this decision after we bought a CD player from one of those cheap ware-house places. The CD player never worked correctly but by the time we figured it out the place had gone out of business and we are not sure where it would have had to be shipped for warranty purposes.
