Congratulations, Elaine...so now that you are a BIG owner, perhaps you might try talking the new CFO into giving a new timetable on the financials? I don't know about Rome, but under new NASD requirements, companies that do not obtain "reporting" status by a certain date (which I don't know) will no longer be allowed to trade on the OTC. Then this place will really get lonely.
