Hillary called the manager of the Clinton's "blind" trust and the trust went from 100% long to 100% short on bios? They next day Hillary announced that there would be an Executive Order regulating the price of new drugs. Investment in the bios dropped by 80% making money for the shorts. The EO never happened but .... it could.
