IMO, PRWT has more than 1 BILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES. It is very sad that they did not give NRPI the 2.5 million that they said they would. NRPI will be doing a 10 for 1 reverse split tomorrow and will again tank another 50-70%. YOUR FRIENDS, JOHNNY and CARL are some shrewd operators. I have caught both in lies and one is being sued by the US government. PS: WITH-OUT THE 10Q THIS BABY WILL CONTINUE TO HEAD SOUTH. ONLY 1.4 MILLION SHARES TRADED TODAY. THIS WAS AN ATTEMPT BY SOME LONGS THAT WANT TO DRIVE THE PRICE UP AS MUCH AS POSIBLE SO THEY CAN DUMP THERE SHARES BEFORE THE SPLIT.
